Parkersburg-Marietta Contractors Association & Affiliated Divisions

The PMCA was founded in 1965 with a mission to offer services to industrial and commercial contractors who utilize skilled, union labor. We aim to enhance the well-being of our members in the construction sectors they serve by fostering positive labor relations with skilled trades and engaging in good-faith collective bargaining. Our goal is to build and sustain harmonious and profitable relationships among Employers, Employees (along with their Union Representatives), and Owners.

Clint has been with the PMCA since 2007 and Executive Director since 2008. He has nearly 40 years of experience in management, construction, and industrial operations. Clint resides nearby in Washington, WV with his wife,
