The Appalachian Carpenter Contractors Association or ACCA, is a division of PMCA that has been formed to accommodate the large number of Carpenter Contractors which maintain offices and perform work in all of the West Virginia counties that are included in the jurisdiction of the Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters, Local Union #436. Those counties include Barbour, Braxton, Brooke, Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Harrison, Hancock, Lewis, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Pleasants, Preston, Pocahontas, Randolph, Ritchie, Taylor, Tucker, Tyler, Upshur, Webster, Wetzel, Wirt, and Wood.

The Appalachian Millwright Contractors Association or AMCA, is a division of PMCA that has been formed to accommodate the large number of Millwright Contractors which maintain offices and perform work in all of the tri-state counties that are included in the jurisdiction of the Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters, Local Union #443. Those counties include all those in WV; Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Bedford, Blair, Butler, Cambria, Cameron, Centre, Clarion, Clearfield, Clinton, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Fayette, Forest, Fulton, Greene, Huntingdon, Indiana, Jefferson, Lawrence, Mercer, McKean, Potter, Somerset, Venango, Warren, Washington, and Westmoreland counties in PA; all counties in VA except those of Clarke, Culpeper, Fairfax, Fauquier, Frederick, King George, Loudoun, Madison, Page, Prince William, Rappahannock, Shenandoah, Spotsylvania, Stafford and Warren; and all independent cities in VA except those of Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax City, Falls Church, Fredericksburg, Manassas, Manassas Park and Winchester.

The ACCA is organized as a Division of PMCA and is governed by the PMCA Board of Directors and its Executive Director. Each Division has its principal place of business located in the PMCA offices in Parkersburg, WV.
