The PMCA has a full-service, members-only plan room located at its office in Parkersburg. We can print and scan wide-format drawings either from our on-line project gallery or from your private bidding files. All contractor members have full access to our on-line plans which can be downloaded or printed in our office for you to purchase. Additionally, we can develop and maintain a private digital plan room for your organization (with your unique web address and logo) that will help streamline your bidding process as you work with subcontractors that need to have access to public or private jobs that you are bidding. An additional annual fee applies for this service.
