Rose Stemple,
Executive Director
|
Rose started her career as executive secretary for the Mid-Ohio
Valley Industrial Council that was associated with the
Parkersburg-Marietta Contractors Association. In 1982 she was hired as
Associate Director for the PMCA and promoted as the Executive Director
in 1983 a position she maintains today.
Rose has the full time responsibility to coordinate the objectives
of the Association which includes participation on Health &
Welfare, Pension and Apprenticeship Programs, maintaining liaison with
Industrial Users in the area, maintain a working relationship with
local building trades crafts and negotiating local bargaining
agreements on behalf of contractor members, as well as numerous other
duties.

Diane Swearingen,
Administrative Assistant

Diane has been with the Contractors Association for approximately 18
years. She is responsible for record keeping, plan rooms
details, web page design, and the everyday running of the office.
